Our founder, a seasoned corporate professional, found her true calling in the kitchen. Growing up, food was the centerpiece of family gatherings, and her mother, a phenomenal cook, was the source of her inspiration. Her mother’s dedication to using fresh, high-quality ingredients and infusing love into every dish she prepared was a lesson well learned. As she spent countless hours in the kitchen, it became her second office, a place where she felt most at home.
Taking a leap of faith, she decided to pursue her passion for cooking professionally. She honed her culinary skills at the New England Culinary Art (NECAT), aspiring to one day own a restaurant. This dream led to the inception of Afly’s Kitchen LLC, a venture that allowed her to share her love for food and create a business that was not only fulfilling but also provided a platform for creativity and flexibility.
